291 Roslyn Road Medical Practice opened on 16 March 2009.
We are a Highton GP located on the Wandana Heights end of Roslyn Road, across from Highton Primary School.

After Hours / Home visits

The Home visiting doctor service provides after-hours care for patients of this clinic. This is a bulk-billing service. It operates from 6pm week-nights to 8am the following morning and all day Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Correspondence and reports are sent through to Dr Telegin. Phone 9429 5677 to access this service.
If home visits are required during business hours call this clinic. There is a private charge for these visits.

Our Team

Dr Victor Telegin
Dr. Victor Telegin one of Highton's GP's specialises in all aspects of family medicine and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). Dr. Telegin has a strong interest in Aged care, Diabetes education, Chronic disease, Respiratory conditions and Asthma management.

He is participating in Shared Pregnancy Care with Barwon Health. His caring and compassionate nature combined with his up to date thorough medical knowledge means he can provide the best possible care for his patients. Dr. Telegin has an active interest in all aspects of medicine, and feels he is fortunate to be involved in such a profession.
R.N. Natasha Telegina
Natasha is a Registered Division 1 Nurse who has a strong interest in sexual health and woman's health and is a registered Pap test provider. Please enquire at reception to book a Pap test.
Bindi Sharp
Bindi is a medical receptionist, with excellent communication skills always greeting patients with a smile.
